FAQs

1. Why is this event being held at Revesby and not the University? Can we go and look around the University of Sydney at another time?

This event is held at Revesby to assist those who live a bit further away from the University to come along and interact with staff and have their questions answered closer to their home base. Of course those who want to visit the University of Sydney are most welcome to – Open Day will be on Saturday, 29 August. Campus tours for prospective students are also held on the first Friday of every month, from 4pm to 5pm - you can register here for these campus tours.

2. I have extra children/friends/partners who would like to attend, can I book for more people?

Each registration allows a maximum of two guests to allow as many prospective students as possible to attend. If you have two prospective students in the family, we advise you to create a separate registration for each, which would allow two guests for each.

3. Will there be people there who can answer my specific questions about a course/scholarships/colleges?

Yes! Faculty representatives will be there on the night, along with the University of Sydney Union and representatives from our scholarships, student support, accommodation, pathways, and exchange units to answer any and all questions you may have on the night.
