Pathways to university
Cadigal Alternative Entry Program
The Cadigal Alternative Entry Program assists you with university entry and offers academic and social support from admission through to graduation. We offer this program to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander school leavers or mature age applicants who are older than 21 years.
For high school students, we look at your ATAR, as well as individual scores in your HSC, school and community references, work experience and sporting achievements etc. You don’t need to have an interview.
For mature age students, we look at a number of selection criteria including educational background, life and/or employment experiences and your motivation and interest for doing the course. If you apply as a mature age student, you need to attend an assessment and interview.
