Other Partnership Agreements - Information for Staff

An important part of being a global university is the establishment of strategic partnerships with higher education institutions worldwide which are of appropriate standing to enhance the University’s own strategic and reputational objectives. This principle may be modified in exceptional circumstances and subject to the appropriate level of approvals where the aim is served of assisting a developing body, country or region.

Agreements are established by a process of consultation in accordance with the University’s rules, regulations and procedures. Prior to setting up an international agreement (Memorandum of Understanding, Credit Recognition Agreement, Study Abroad Agreement, Student Exchange Agreement, or other specific type of agreement), a Proposal to Negotiate an International Agreement Form must be completed.

The University has standard templates for such types of arrangements and templates which have not been approved are reviewed by the University's Office of General Counsel.

For more information review the International Agreements website or contact the .
