Student support services

Counselling and Psychological Services

The Counselling and Psychological Services aims to help students build strengths, improve well-being and achieve academic success. Their services are free and confidential, and available to all currently enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students of the University of Sydney.

Disability Services

If you have a disability which requires note-taking, exam modifications, alternative formats or assistance with physical access, please contact the Disability Services Office. Students are advised to contact the Disability Services Office at least four weeks prior to the commencement of semester so that Disability Services can inform you of your eligibility. Support services available in Australia may differ from those offered in your home country. To assist you in making a decision to accept this offer it is important that you are aware of the services available at this University.

Orientation Program

The Orientation Program provides both a welcome for all new students, and offers information about the services available to students throughout the University. It also shows new students routes around campus and gives them the chance to meet each other before classes begin.
