Most GerMANY INNOVATIONS events will take place at the University of Sydney’s Seymour Theatre Centre, which is located at the corner of City Road and Cleveland Street, Chippendale. (Show me a map of the campus.)

Getting there

Parking

Parking for Seymour Theatre Centre is available at the Shepherd St Car Park on the corner of Cleveland and Shepherd Sts (open 5am-midnight 7 days), and the University's on campus parking, both of which are a short walk from the Seymour Centre. Both facilities use a 'pay and display' ticket vending system.

Access to Seymour Centre from Shepherd St parking station is via level 3.

Evening and overnight parking
Monday - Friday 3pm - 6am and weekends
Shepherd Street parking station $2.00 per hour to a maximum of $6.00
On Campus parking - $2.00 per hour to a maximum of $6.00

Day Parking
Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm
Shepherd Street parking station $4.00 per hour to a maximum of $24.00
On Campus parking -$24.00 flat rate

Please note if you do not purchase and display parking tickets when using University parking areas fines may be issued

Public transport

The Seymour Centre can easily be reached by public transport:

By train
Catch a train to Redfern train station, and then take a 10-minute walk via Lawson and Ivy Streets to the Seymour Centre. Free buses run to and from Fisher Library (5 mins walk from the Seymour Centre) and Redfern station in the evening during semester.

By bus from the City
For stops on City Road catch routes 422, 423, 426, 428 from Castlereagh Street or Railway Square.

By bus - cross routes
Route 370 runs between Coogee and Leichhardt. Alight on City Rd for the Seymour Centre.
Route 352 runs between Bondi Junction and Marrickville. Alight on City Rd for the Seymour Centre.
