Number of places: Up to four University of Sydney students in their fixed elective term will be nominated to represent the Faculty under this scheme.

Duration: Placements are four weeks in duration and the best months for these are January and February.
Other: Tuition fees are waived under the agreement. Travel and living expenses must be borne by students & students will need to find their own accommodation.

The University of Sydney is a partner in the McMaster elective exchange program. During 2009, the University of Sydney hosted McMaster student Rebecca Skillen at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, where most of our McMaster students will be hosted. In 2010 Regine Krechowicz was with us and Marina Aptekman in 2011. During 2012 we are expecting Lisa Fu and Emma Mazurek.
Students interested in a particular sub-speciality should indicate their preferences and every attempt will be made to accommodate these.
