6 This unit will involve the application and implementation of a range of performance-making techniques in order to explore and understand how sites are transformed into places. No performance-making experience is assumed. The unit will be taught by experienced scholar-practitioners who will guide students through the processes involved. Students should understand that this is not simply a 'drama' unit: it involves researching local issues, engaging with a range of people, and discovering ways in which to animate, performatively, complex environments.
