Biographical details
Other research and teaching interests include: measuring the effect and outcomes of occupational therapy interventions such as hand splinting, handwriting training and motor (upper limb) rehabilitation.
Annie is sub-editor of Critically Appraised Papers for the Australian Occupational Therapy Journal, as well as a reviewer and Editorial Board member for that journal. She is also an Editorial Board for the journal Brain Impairment.
Together with colleagues from the University of Queensland, Annie developed and manages OTseeker, an occupational therapy evidence database (http://www.otseeker.com/). This internationally acclaimed database enables occupational therapists to access evidence at no cost. OTseeker contains over 9,000 records of randomised controlled trials and systematic reviews relevant to occupational therapy.

Outcome measurement
Teaching and supervision
Undergraduate and postgraduate occupational therapy units of study, and workshops on stroke and community rehabilitation, social participation, outcome measurement, evidence-based practice, and implementation of evidence.
Supervision of research students including PhD, MSc and honours students.
