Biographical details
Charlotte Scarf is a lecturer in the Discipline of Behavioural and Social Sciences in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Sydney. She teaches and researches in the field of international health and development studies. Her research has focused on knowledge sharing and learning in international and community development. This includes a major study on the politics of partnership and participation in donor-funded online networks for which she conducted fieldwork in South Asia, Southern Africa and South America. Her current research interests include internationalization of health science curriculum and global health education.
Research interests
Global health and development partnerships, capacity development, knowledge sharing, participatory communication, and learning.
