Biographical details

Dr Nguyen is a postdoctoral research associate in the Dr Liang Voice Program, Discipline of Speech Pathology, Faculty of Health Sciences, The University of Sydney. He is specialised in laryngology and voice. His research interests include voice physiology and control, accurate detection of voice disorders, impact of voice disorders,novel methods of voice treatment, and vocal fold responses to injury.

- Correlation between various measures of voice onset

- Voice assessment protocols

- Cross-linguistic/cultural aspects of voice assessment

- Effects of angiolytic lasers on vocal fold blood vessels

- Injection laryngoplasty in recalcitrant muscle tension dysphonia
