Biographical details
I am an occupational therapist with research interests in Ageing and measurement of client outcomes. I completed my honours candidature with the University of Western Sydney, investigating and refining a physical activity program designed for people with Intellectual Disability. As an occupational therapist, I have worked in primarily community settings, focusing on home modifications and complex equipment prescription for young adults with physical disability. I have strong interests in seating. I am currently undertaking my PhD under the primary supervision of Professor Lindy Clemson. My research focuses on the measurement of older adults’ outcomes in hospital settings and the cost effectiveness of discharge planning.
