Biographical details

I am a Lecturer of Diagnostic Radiography in the Discipline of Medical Radiation Sciences at the University of Sydney. I worked as a radiographer in the UK at the Brook General Hospital, Westminster Hospital, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Atkinson Morley?s Hospital before starting a full time academic career.

I taught and researched as a Senior Lecturer in the UK at Kingston University and St George?s Hospital Medical School and was appointed as a Lecturer at the University of Sydney in 2002. My research interests are in medical image perception and I have developed undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in many areas related to radiographic practice. I am a member of the Medical Image Optimisation and Perception Group (MIOPeG).

My teaching responsibilities are in the Diagnostic Radiography undergraduate and post graduate programmes. I teach various aspects Radiographic Practice, such as CT, MRI and angiography on the BSc.
