The Master of Health Science (Developmental Disability) offers flexible multidisciplinary education delivered online for busy professionals in the rapidly developing field of developmental disabilities. The course equips students to contribute to multidisciplinary practice in a manner characterized by respect for individuals and developmental disabilities, their families, advocates and communities. The Master of Health Sciences (Developmental Disability) welcomes practitioners from a range of medical, nursing, dental, allied health and other professions to develop specialist knowledge underpinned by theory, scholarship and research in the field of developmental disabilities. As Australia moves toward the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) there will be a great need for well trained, research literate leaders in disability services and policy.
