Deirdre Russell Memorial Scholarship
Purpose
The Deirdre Russell Memorial Scholarship was established in 2006 to support postgraduate research students in the discipline of Speech Pathology at the Faculty of Health Sciences. The scholarship is open to students who have successfully completed the full-time equivalent of at least one year of higher degree research in the discipline of Speech Pathology at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Selection criteria
Selection is based on academic merit and the applicant’s performance during their first year of candidature.
Value
The Scholarship provides a stipend of $13,000 per annum for 3 years less any period of enrolment towards the degree at the time the offer is made. Recipients must enrol full-time during the tenure of the scholarship.
