Faculty Scholarships for Postgraduate Students

The Helga Pettitt FHS Postgraduate Study Award

The Helga Pettitt FHS postgraduate study award is supported by alumni and friends of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Purpose

This grant, awarded and administered by the Health Sciences Alumni Association, provides financial assistance to a new or continuing student enrolled in any course of postgraduate study.

Selection criteria

Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Health Sciences, and not have been a previous recipient of the grant.

Value

The grant is up to a total of $1,500. This will be paid to the recipient as one lump sum payment.

Sarah’s research will involve evaluating the effectiveness of a combined intervention program aimed at improving the social, play and communication skills of children with AHDH (6 – 11 years).
