International Students Faculty Welcome

Commencing international students enrolled at the Faculty of Health Sciences are invited to the Faculty Welcome to be held on Wednesday, 27 February 2013 at Cumberland Campus.

Peer-Mentoring Program for new incoming students

Building up on the success of our 2012 peer-mentoring program, a faculty wide program named Belong@FHS is to be implemented for 2013. It is strongly recommended that you enroll in this program as it is a fantastic opportunity to support your transition to the Faculty of Health Sciences. Enrolment will open in January 2013.

Workshops supporting transition into University of Sydney for International Students

Workshops in academic skills for studying in Australia, academic reading and writing workshops, as well as introductory/refresher classes in some subjects relevant to the health sciences, will be offered throughout semester 1, 2013 through the Learning Centre at Cumberland Campus. A detailed schedule of the workshops will be available in late February

International students commencing their studies in 2013 are advised to regularly consult the University of Sydney International Students webpages for information on general information on Orientation as this is updated regularly.
