How students and researchers can benefit from the Program

Research students looking for research topics or considering research in the Program's area are invited to contact us, to find out about current and developing projects and ideas (large or small).

Topics could relate to rehabilitation outcomes, functioning and disability variation in differing cultures and environments, evaluation of measurement instruments. Working with people with disabilities and service users will be fostered.

One of the aims of the Program is to stimulate and support research using the ICF. If you would like to discuss how your research could benefit from an ICF perspective - at any stage from design on - please contact us.

People working in the Program can provide occasional lectures, for instance on ICF and its uses, and on disability statistics and data design.

A Network of researchers - people who are interested in active involvement in research using the ICF - is being formed. Please contact us if you would like to join this Network or be informed about the Program's activities. By joining the Network you may be made aware of opportunities for collaboration nationally or internationally.
