Osteoarthritis Research Group

The Osteoarthritis Research Group is a multi-disciplinary group of researchers from backgrounds including:

• physiotherapy;
• epidemiology;
• rheumatology;
• biomechanics;
• exercise physiology and
• public health.

The group focuses on reducing the pain and disability burden associated with osteoarthritis.

Our research strength is the rigorous evaluation of non-pharmacological intervention strategies for people with osteoarthritis affecting the lower limbs.
