EchoSystem Portal

The EchoSystem Portal provides access to all recordings that are currently available for your unit of study as well as additional tools and features.

Before you can access the EchoSystem Portal and your unit of study you'll need to submit either a scheduled recording or an Upload Only using the lecture booking form. Your unit of study also needs to exist in your Learning Management System (LMS) such as Blackboard.

NB: If you did not submit the original booking but still require access to a unit of study please email and request access to the Unit Code in EchoSystem.

Instructions

From the EchoSystem Portal you may perform the following functions:

  • Edit titles & descriptions
  • Add or remove presenters
  • Change available formats
  • Change the availability or delete a recording
  • Copy the recording to another semester or unit
  • Edit recordings
  • Upload recordings from your own computer
