How to share your screen
Here are two ways to share your laptop on the Pod screen:
- join.me - easy screen sharing
- Adobe Connect - full featured webconferencing with video
How to share your screen with join.me
1. Connect your PC or Mac laptop to the wireless network (about wireless)
2. On your laptop go to join.me and click share.

3. An app will download and the presenter toolbar should appear with a unique meeting number

4. Open a web browser on the Pod PC and type the digits directly into the browser address bar

How to share your screen with Adobe Connect
1. Connect your PC or Mac laptop to the wireless network (about wireless)
2. On your laptop enter the pod's meeting address in your web browser
Each pod has a unique meeting web address using this naming convention:
http://webconf.ucc.usyd.edu.au/buildingname_roomnumber_podnumber
So for pod number 99a in PNR Drawing Office 1 (which is room 310) the URL would be: http://webconf.ucc.usyd.edu.au/pnr_310_pod99a
3. On the Pod PC type the Pod's meeting address in the web browser or use the Adobe Connect icon on the Pod PC’s desktop
4. Select Guest and enter a name to identify yourself
5. To share the desktop of your laptop on the Pod screen select Share My Screen>Share My Screen from the drop-down menu in the middle of the meeting’s share window

Viewing apps for join.me and Adobe Connect are available for iPad/iPhone/Android, but mobile devices can only view and not share screens.
