Call x16000 (menu option 2) for AV user support.

We provide comprehensive AV user support for the AV equipped University teaching spaces and venues from 8am-9pm weekdays and from 8am-6pm during the semester breaks.

Our standard AV equipment and systems are easy to use, and we also have remote access tools so that problems can be dealt with promptly over the phone.

Additionally you can utilise our AV Help Videos for operational instructions on our AV tools and systems.

For first level AV user support issues or to help you get started, please contact your local precinct office by calling the number posted on the lectern.

You can also call x16000 (menu option 2) and our AV staff can either help you by remotely accessing your AV system or providing on-site assistance if required. This service is designed to provide quick and immediate support of around ten minutes.

AV conference support is also available, however we require at least seven days notice and it’s subject to staff availability and the provision of an RC code to cover AV staff O/T or penalty rates if applicable.
