How do I request the service?
Staff
The Microsoft Exchange email system is available to staff at the University. Exchange email can be accessed via an email client program (view setup guides), or via the Exchange Webmail service (for off campus access).
Students
All students have access to a Sydney Mail email account. This is created as part of UniKey account creation, at the time of enrolment. The Sydney Mail email service is used for all formal University communication and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection via the Mail Checker in the MyUni student portal, www.outlook.com or an email client (view http://sydney.edu.au/ict/student/sydney-mail/guides.shtml). To log in, you are required to enter your UniKey account details (including password).
