What is the service?

ICT offers support for Asset Custodians with IT assets due for return to leasing companies and are able to provide End of Lease advice, as well as coordinate return of assets and provide assistance with the selection of replacement hardware if required.

What is included?

This service includes:

  • Provision of advice to asset custodian regarding End of Lease decision
  • Provision of advice on selection of replacement hardware
  • Coordination of the setup of replacement asset(s) on request
  • Coordination with OCA the physical return of asset(s) to leasing company

What should I expect?

Key Metrics  Target 
Provide advice to asset custodian regarding End of Lease decision  95% of requests for advice responded to within 1 business day 
Provide advice on selectinon of replacement IT asset(s)  95% responded to and initial scope within 1 business day
