What is the service?

ICT facilitates and manages the acquisition, support and distribution of software for use on university owned ICT equipment. Strong vendor relationships enable ICT to negotiate with selected vendors to obtain best value agreements and purchases for desktop and server software.

What is included?

This service includes:

  • Provision of a standard suite of desktop and server software
  • Purchasing non-standard software titles
  • Answering software related queries

What should I expect?

Key Metrics Service Level Target
Provision of standard suite of software 99% of software requests will be completed within 1 business day
Non-standard software titles request 99% of new software requests will be responded to within 1 business day to obtain your software requirements
Software related queries 99% of requests will be responded to within 1 business day to address your queries

Specialist support hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday (closed on public holidays)
