What is the service?
ICT facilitates and manages the acquisition, support and distribution of software for use on university owned ICT equipment. Strong vendor relationships enable ICT to negotiate with selected vendors to obtain best value agreements and purchases for desktop and server software.
What is included?
This service includes:
- Provision of a standard suite of desktop and server software
- Purchasing non-standard software titles
- Answering software related queries

Specialist support hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday (closed on public holidays)
