What is a Master User?
Every billing group has a UniKey Master User, who has been given delegation by the Head of Department to manage any inidividual UniKey costs that are charged to a department's account code.
A Master User has power over the options that UniKeys in their group have access to (eg VPN access, passwords). To view account balances and manage UniKey options, see the menu on the left.
How do I pay for a UniKey account?
If you are a Master User and need to pay for a UniKey account, you can either
- pay the personal account using the Recharge my account facility under 'My UniKey funds', or
- pay using the account code for the billing group, at the end of each month.
