Information for Poster Presenters
Poster size is A0 portrait that is1.2 m high x 0.9 m wide. There are two poster sessions, 4.30 to 5.30 pm on Thursday afternoon and from 1.30 to 2pm on Friday. All posters will be displayed in both sessions.
Information for Ideas exchange
A session from 3.30 to 4.30 pm on Thursday afternoon is dedicated to Ideas Exchange. Participants will be divided into groups and cues provided for the groups to rotate. Ideas Exchange presenters will need to bring 50 copies of the template to handout for distribution.
Information for Oral Presenters
The talks are strictly 20 minutes with 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes of questions and answers. Please ensure that there is sufficient time for interacting with the audience. To minimize complications the preference is to have all presentations on the local computer before the session.
Submissions are available at the online conference proceedings.
The following categories of submissions are included in the conference:
- Abstract only: A maximum of 200 words. These satisfy the Australian DEEWR publication category E2.
- Non refereed paper: Full article submission, including an abstract of no more than 200 words and length of 3-4 pages. These satisfy the Australian DEEWR publication category E2.
- Refereed paper: Full article submission, including an abstract of no more than 200 words and length of 5-6 pages. These are fully peer-reviewed according to the Australian DEEWR publication category E1.
- Ideas Exchange (Roundtable/ nuts and bolts): Provides an opportunity to road test your "nuts and bolts", work in progress, or new ideas yet to be tried, with colleagues in the field.
Assignment of presentation type
The Program Committee determined whether authors are offered an oral or a poster presentation. This determination aimed to ensure a balance of papers that address the conference theme and are from across disciplines. The intent is to deliver a conference that has wide appeal.
