Dates and Fees
Temporary accommodation is available during the university winter (Residents only) and summer breaks.
Temporary accommodation will be offered during the following times:
6 July to 20 July 2013 - IH Residents Only
No vistor bookings will be accepted during this period.
All current IH Residents are welcome to remain at the House over the winter break. The costs are per current room rates with meals provided.
You may secure your current room for $100 per week for the two week break if you are leaving the House for the holidays but returning in Semester 2. No packing up of rooms required.
4 December to 13 December 2013 and 6 January to 14 February 2014
Please Note: The House will not be accepting visitor bookings during the University closedown period,
Sat 14 dec 2013 to Sun 5 Jan 2014.
All current IH Residents are welcome to remain at the House over the Summer break. The costs are as follows:
$65 per night for a single room with no meals provided.
Vistors are welcome to stay at IH over the Summer break.
Only Single Rooms will be available at a cost of $85 per night (GST included where applicable).
- All rooms rates are charged per room per night (max. 1 person per room).
- Single Room includes single bed with shared bathroom facilities.
- Accommodation bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights.
- No Meals are provided.
- Confirmed bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. A cancellation fee will apply for no show, cancellation or leaving early once payment is made.
Groups are welcome during the Summer Break.
For groups of 50 or more for two nights or more, bed and breakfast will be offered for $85 per person per night.
Additional meals for groups will be by negotitation.
