• Confirmed bookings must be paid in full via our online payment facility prior to arrival. Only Visa and Master Card are accepted.
• Cancellation fee applies for no show or booking cancellation.
• No refunds will be given if you are booking with the promotional rate.
• No visitor bookings will be accepted during the University closedown period - Sat 14 Dec 2013 to Sun 5 Jan 2014.
