Welcome to the International Student Office
The International Student Office is the arm of the University of Sydney that is dedicated to assisting International Students in their application to study at the University, and in their time while they are students at the University.
The International Student Office (IO) provides advice and assistance relating to academic programs for international students, as well as administrative services including application, admission, fee payment and enrolment services.
The International Student Office also coordinates student exchange and study abroad programs and other inter-institutional links.
The International Student Office is always pleased to see you. Your problems are our problems, and your successes are also the University's successes.

Government and Student Relations
- The Government and Student Relations Unit provides support and advice to international students, in relation to a broad range of issues throughout their studies at the University of Sydney.
Educational partners
We work closely with the Centre For English Teaching, the University of Sydney Foundation Program and the Summer/Winter School - to help candidates meet the University's English Language and Academic Entry Requirements, and progress rapidly to academic success.
