Please note ADS students are not entitled to SEA
Important: you must obtain approval in advance
Please note that the University has strict expectations in terms of how this funding is to be made available. As a result, you should never make a payment towards any of these activities on the assumption that AusAID or the International Student Office will automatically refund you. You must to obtain written approval from the AusAID Unit in advance of any expenditure. Part of this written approval will also specify how the expenditure will be managed – in many cases this will involve the AusAID Unit paying directly towards the approved services (eg airline) rather than to you.
