How to apply

To be eligible to apply for University Owned Housing, you can not have previously resided in the Camperdown and Darlington accommodation managed by University Owned Housing.

Students who are eligible to apply need to complete the on-line form. You only need to complete the form once as it is applicable for all the types of housing managed by University Owned Housing on the Camperdown and Darlington Campuses.

There is no charge for lodging an application form but once an offer has been made you will be charged an acceptance fee of $200 should you chose to accept the offer.

Due to the large volume of applications we are only able to contact you if your application has been successful.

Please note that your application form is only valid for 6 months as it will be assumed that you have found alternative accommodation.

Should you still require accommodation once your application is no longer valid please lodge another application form.
