The John Grill Centre offers experiential education in project leadership and governance for project professionals, senior executives and boards, developing capability to create and realise value for organisations through successful project outcomes.
Our programs are co-delivered by leading academics and industry experts who have international project leadership and governance experience from the public and private sector.
Programs are interactive allowing participants to apply skills immediately. Case studies examine issues particular to major projects, stimulating class discussion and challenging participants to learn how to make better strategic and project decisions.
The Executive Leadership in Major Projects (ELMP) program for project professionals develops project leadership capability and capacity to produce project leaders who will inspire major project and organisational success. We also offer governance programs for boards and executives to achieve effective governance of major projects.
