Brief Biographical Detail

Professor Greg Tolhurst is a lecturer at the faculty of law. He is also the associate editor or the Journal of Contract Law, a co-editor of the Commercial Law Quarterly a consultant editor of Carter on Contract and a consultant with Freehills. His research interests lie in the areas of contract law and personal property and in particular where these two areas meet such as in sales of goods, bailment and dealings in intangibles.
