SYDNEY LAW SCHOOL ALUMNI & FRIENDS

Sydney Law School’s Alumni come from many diverse and challenging backgrounds, and are contributing in valuable ways across the globe. We count among our Alumni six Prime Ministers of Australia and four Chief Justices of the High Court of Australia. Sydney was the first Australian law school to admit women, and three of only four female high court judges in Australia graduated from Sydney Law School. Many graduates work with international organisations, such as the United Nations or the World Bank, or with pro bono legal services.

Globally, our Alumni continue to enjoy all of the benefits of their legal education, from the richness of their individual experiences of campus life to the rewards of being an integral part of the international network of the University of Sydney.

That is why we encourage all of our Alumni to stay in touch with the Sydney Law School, and remain engaged in the ongoing research, professional development, and activities that the Law School offers. By being a part of our Alumni community, you can meet fellow graduates, reconnect with former classmates and develop your Australian and international networks.
