- The Tasmania Law Reform Institute's final report into racial vilification and racially motivated offences was released in April 2011. The project aimed to examine the capacity of Tasmanian laws to address those types of offences. The final report outlines the relevant Tasmanian law and proposes a number of recommendations and reforms. - The Equality and Human Rights Commission Scotland has launched the first ever international study into the rehabilitation of hate crime offenders. On the basis of the research findings, and in the context of the 2010 Equality Act (effective as of October 2010), the following report outlines a number of recommendations for the design and delivery of programmes for the rehabilitation of hate crime offenders in the UK.
