2012 Winter School

The following units will be available at the 2012 Winter School:

Evidence (LAWS2016/5013)
Corporations Law (LAWS2014/5014)
The Legal Profession (LAWS2013/5009)
Torts and Contracts II (LAWS1017/5006)

Please note Real Property (LAWS2017/ LAWS5012) is no longer available and the scheduling of Evidence and The Legal Professional has changed in order to avoid a clash with the exam period. Students are advised to check the class schedule on the Winter School website.

Winter school applications for law units open on Wednesday 16 May. Places are limited and allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. It is recommended that students register as early as possible.

2012 Elective Units Waiting List

Most electives are capped at 60. Enrolment in the 2012 elective units below is now restricted as a result of student numbers.

A waiting list operates for all electives which are full. The waiting list opens at 9am on Friday 17 February.

To be placed on the waiting list, students must complete a Waiting List Request Form and submit it to the Law School Information Desk on Level 3. The form is only available when the waiting list opens.

All forms are date/time-stamped upon submission. Students are encouraged to submit the form in-person as the waiting list operates on a first-come first-served basis. Forms submitted via fax/email/post are given less priority and are processed at the close of business on the day of submission.

Priority is given to final year students.
