Shanghai Winter School 2012

The 2012 Shanghai Winter School will run from 25 November to 15 December 2012.

Applications have closed.

To apply, please submit a completed and signed application form accompanied by a A$500 deposit (which is part-payment of the fee for in-Shanghai expenses) and all relevant evidentiary and permission documents by Wednesday 29 August 2012.

Please ensure you read the Student Information Booklet prior to completing the application form and please note that deposit payments will only be refunded if your application is unsuccessful or in the event that the Winter School is cancelled.

A maximum of 65 students will be accepted into the program and applicants are strongly urged to submit applications without delay to avoid disappointment. Preference is given to University of Sydney law students and then to cross-institutional law students. Non-degree and non-law applications are considered only if space permits. Late applications may be considered if places in the program remain available and are processed on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.

Important notice for University of Sydney students

Students must ensure they complete all second semester assessment requirements, including examinations, in Sydney prior to departure. Attendance at the Shanghai Winter School will not be considered a valid reason for the rescheduling of examinations.
