Non-degree study is available to graduates who hold a LLB/JD or a related bachelor's degree. Relevant units may be credited towards an award course upon successful completion. Fee-HELP payment option is not available for non-degree study.

* Applicants must hold a qualification in law (LLB/DipLaw or equivalent) to be eligible to apply for admission to these programs.

^ Applicants entering these programs who do not hold a qualification in law must complete the foundation unit LAWS6252 Legal Reasoning and the Common Law System before/whilst attempting further law units.
