Application and Fees - Sydney Law School in Europe

Students must submit a web based application form (during the relevant application period) accompanied by a A$500 deposit. Applicants will be screened for eligibility before formal offers are made. Students are strongly advised not to make travel bookings until you have received official notification from Sydney Law School that you have been accepted into the program.

Payment of Fees

Payments will include in-country expenses and tuition fees, Student Services and Amenities fee

Conditions of Enrolment

The University of Sydney reserves the right to cancel units of study, which do not reach the minimum enrolment four weeks prior to the advertised date. To guarantee your place in a unit of study, please finalise your registration, enrolment and payment by the prescribed dates.

Despite any publication or announcement, the University may change or cancel arrangements for courses or units of study, including in respect of staffing, content or location. The University will use reasonable endeavours to update the timetable with respect to any cancellation or change. The University will not be liable to any student for any consequential loss suffered as a result of cancellation or change, including travel or other costs incurred. Please refer to this page regularly for the latest information, particularly if you are enrolled in an intensive unit.

Enrolment in offshore units

Students who intend to undertake units which are taught offshore must ensure they hold an appropriate visa and/or approval from their sponsor to fund any additional expenses prior to accepting their offer of admission.
