Assessment

Assessment varies according to the course in which students are enrolled. The assessment details for each unit of study are as follows:

LAWS6149 Legal Pluralism in Southeast Asia (12 credit points)

Available to: University of Sydney and Cross-institutional Master’s/Diploma students

Assessment:

• 1 x 8000 word essay (50%)
• 1 x take home examination (40%)
• Class participation (10%)

LAWS5194 Legal Systems in Southeast Asia (6 credit points)

Available to: University of Sydney and Cross-institutional Juris Doctor students only.

Assessment:

• 1 x 5500 word essay (90%)
• Class participation (10%)

LAWS3494 Legal Systems in Southeast Asia (6 credit points)

Available to: University of Sydney and Cross-institutional undergraduate students.

Assessment:

• 1 x 5500 word essay (90%)
• Class participation (10%)
