Sydney Law Review
Established in 1953, the Sydney Law Review is a leading Australian generalist law journal published by Sydney Law School within the University of Sydney. Peer-reviewed content includes articles, the 'Before the High Court' column, and review essays. We also publish case notes and book reviews.
Emphasising Australian law, the Review is committed to publishing high quality, timely articles that make an original contribution to legal scholarship, and which are likely to be of interest to a generalist law readership. The Review's 'Before the High Court' column is a forum for Australia’s leading academics to provide commentary on cases currently before the High Court of Australia.
