Sydney Law Review
Established in 1953, the Sydney Law Review is a leading Australian generalist law journal published by Sydney Law School within the University of Sydney. Peer-reviewed content includes articles, case notes, ‘Before the High Court’ comments, review essays and book reviews.
Emphasising Australian law, the Review is committed to publishing articles that are comparative, topical and make an original contribution to legal scholarship. The Review's ‘Before the High Court’ section is a forum for Australia’s leading academics to comment on cases awaiting hearing by the High Court of Australia.
