- Examine the policy and legislative approaches to pollution control and the wide range of management tools employed to prevent harm and promote ecologically sustainable development.
Content
Environmental management; economic instruments; criminal liability; corporate and director's liability; due diligence; waste management; hazardous substances; contaminated land and marine pollution.
