This site gives you an outline of the areas of work that the Talent and Organisational Centre undertake. The Talent and Organisational Development unit is one of the Centre’s of Expertise within the HR function. The centre works closely with the HR Relationship Group and University leaders on specific initiatives and programs. The specialties for this COE include staff engagement, talent and performance management, leadership & career development, organisation development solutions consultancy and change management. Strategic direction for these focus areas seeks to deliver HR strategies and initiatives that align and support the University’s strategic objectives.
Learning Solutions is part of the Talent and Organisational Development unit, focusing on learning programs to support key capability areas. Programs include leadership and change, project management, change management skills and early career research as well as programs for PM&D, AP&D, compliance and Orientation.
