Certificate IV - Frontline Management

The Certificate IV program is a nationally accredited management course leading to an internationally recognised qualification. The University covers the costs for participating staff so there is no fee to the participant.

The program involves the following 10 units of competency:

  • Develop work priorities
  • Implement continuous improvement
  • Promote team effectiveness
  • Implement operational plan
  • Show leadership in the workplace
  • Make a presentation
  • Monitor a safe workplace
  • Establish effective workplace relationships
  • Develop teams and individuals
  • Establish networks


These units will be covered through course attendance and workplace-based activities.

Due to the high demand and cost of this program the participants are required to be committed to completing the full program.

Target Audience
