Diploma of Management

Building on the Certificate IV Frontline Management is the Diploma of Management. To enrol you must have completed Certificate IV Frontline Management.

The program consists of a one-day workshop and a six months Continuous Improvement project which must be documented in a substantial assignment.

The units covered in the Diploma are:

• Managing Projects
• Managing Quality Customer Service
• Managing staff.
