Managing People Through Change

This 2 day program with follow-up coaching offers a new perspective on an old issue – how to get people working for you, because of you, rather than in spite of you, to create workplaces where people want to work. It weaves contemporary people leadership themes into hard skill development and provides both personal and professional leadership development.

This workshop is purposefully designed to maximise flexibility using a experiential approach to learning, with actual leadership challenges used as the key learning method.

Key objectives

  • Apply the skills of values-led leadership and participative management
  • Understand the nature of transformation and help your team navigate transition and change
  • Activate followership within teams and the organisation
  • Use personal power constructively to manage problems
  • Take the hard work out of challenging conversations
