New Managers and Team Leaders

For new managers, supervisors and team leaders we have a number of programs to support you in managing and leading people. Whilst each individual’s needs will be slightly different, we would suggest as a guideline that these programs would be most relevant for the levels indicated below:

• Certificate IV Frontline Management (HEO level 5 – 8)
• Diploma of Management (once you have completed Certificate IV)
• Women in Leadership (HEO level 6 – 9; note that each year's program may be targeted at different levels)
