Orientation

Orientation brings together new academic and general staff for an introduction to the culture, values, structure and governance of the University of Sydney. Our aim is to deliver a program that is timely, relevant and inspiring, and which assists new staff to understand their roles in relation to the overall strategy of the University.

Orientation is university-wide and is designed to complement a local induction. It aims to support new staff during their first year of employment and consists of:
