The
LPAB administers various functions associated
with the admission of legal practitioners in New South Wales. Once
admitted as a legal practitioner, a person may apply to the Law
Society of NSW or the Bar Association of NSW for a practising certificate
as either a solicitor or barrister.
The
LPAB administers its examinations and deals with all applications
relating to them, to credit, and to admission. For
current information in relation to the LPAB examinations, enrolment
procedures, and progression, tuition and exclusion rule applications,
please see the Diploma
in Law Course Information Handbook and the LPAB website.
